1) Services

Jurassic Barks provides structured dog daycare, boarding, walking, and related routine support. Availability varies and we keep capacity intentionally limited.

2) Fit & acceptance

We prioritize a calm, safe environment. We may accept or decline bookings based on temperament, vaccination status, and group compatibility. A meet & greet may be required before confirmation.

3) Health & disclosure

• Dogs must be vaccinated as required by Portuguese law and suitable for group care.
• Owners must disclose relevant medical conditions, medications, and behavior concerns.
• If a dog shows signs of contagious illness, care may be refused or ended early for safety.

4) Handling, risk & liability

Dog care involves inherent risks (play, movement, environment changes). We provide attentive, routine-led handling and supervision — but we cannot guarantee the absence of incidents. Liability is limited to cases of proven negligence.

5) Emergencies & veterinary care

If an emergency occurs, we may contact a veterinarian and authorize treatment when needed to prevent suffering. Owners are responsible for veterinary costs. If you have a preferred vet, share it in advance.

6) Payments

Pricing is routine-based and confirmed after fit assessment. Payment methods may include cash, MBWay, and Revolut. Specific timing (deposit / full payment) is confirmed during booking.

7) Cancellations

Cancellation terms are communicated at confirmation and may vary by service length and season. Repeated last-minute cancellations may affect future availability.

8) Photos & updates

We may take photos/videos for owner updates and occasional social media posts. If you prefer your dog not appear publicly, tell us in writing — we’ll respect it.

9) Governing law

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any disputes fall under Portuguese courts.
